About the job

We are seeking an HR executive/generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to lead HR operations for a 15-year-old ITeS business and manage a growing team of 20+ employees. You will also play a key role in building and managing a new team for an emerging software brand. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions, manage recruitment processes, support daily HR operations, and contribute to our on-demand recruiter (ODR) services for external clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on recruitment & talent acquisition: Source, screen, and manage recruitment for entry to mid-level roles using various job boards.
2. Handle HR operations: Handle employee records, leaves, engagement, payroll, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Work on on-demand recruiter services: Oversee recruitment activities for external clients as part of ODR services.
4. Work on HR strategy & culture: Implement HR best practices to support business goals and maintain a positive work environment.
5. Handle onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated effectively.
6. Work on employee relations: Address employee concerns, provide support, and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
7. Work on policy development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business needs.

Candidate profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. (MBA preferred)

2. 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles, preferably in a dynamic environment.

3. Strong focus and knowledge of recruitment processes.

4. Should be able to pick up the phone and talk.

5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

6. Proficiency with HR software and recruitment tools.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,60,000 /year
