We are looking for a qualified HR Recruiter to help us recruit sales executives focused on our annual car and bike subscription products. As a growing platform, we need to continuously expand our sales team to effectively target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales executive positions, including BDA, TL, and BDM profiles.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
4. Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
5. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Education: B.Com, BBA, or MBA in HR.
2. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
3. Experience: Open to candidates from any background.
Job Details:
1. Location: Work from home.
2. Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays off).
3. Shift Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
4. Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptops; Wi-Fi costs will be reimbursed.
5. Additional Compensation: To be determined based on designation
