1. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
2. Collaborate with an internal team of designers to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
3. Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for clients, including but not limited to branding collateral, marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations
4. Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's brand identity and values
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work
6. Manage project timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
7. Review and approve final designs, graphics, and layouts before production or publication
8. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning
Skills & requirements:
1. Capable of handling a team of 10-15 designers
2. Experienced enough to understand & explain the brief to junior designers
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of graphic designing
