4. Collaborate with the team to design and develop Windows mobile applications using Java, JavaFX, Hibernate, and Swing.
5. Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team members' skills in various technologies and tools.
6. Implement DevOps practices to streamline the development process and improve overall productivity.
