Field Sales Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle 30-45 Retailer market visits as per the daily beat plan.
2. Handle regular visits to the distributors.
3. Handle daily market visits along with the distributor team.
4. Ensure optimum utilization of resources in his area of responsibility particularly sales/promotional budget.
5. Assist ASM with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.
6. Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget and profit goals for your assigned region.
7. Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations for assigned region.
8. Identify and track all industry trends and issues, i.e. - natural and retail growth, distributor changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc.
9. Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to the area sales manager.
10. Implement all tracking/reporting tools, in conjunction with finance, customer service, etc.
11. Assist in managing your regional budget by SKU and trade spending for all brands.
