Fashion Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting research on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demand
2. Sketching designs, creating mood boards, and selecting fabrics, patterns, and colors to be used in production
3. Presenting designs to clients, buyers, and other stakeholders, and making changes based on feedback
4. Networking with other designers, buyers, and industry experts to stay current with industry trends and to build relationships
5. Excellent creativity and imagination, with the ability to think outside the box
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Experience with managing a team of designers under you, guiding them, and making sure the design standards are maintained

Culture and work:

1. We are a small GenZ team working together 6 days a week
2. We work between 11 am to 7 pm
