Customer Acquisition Associate Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Language Interpretation: Provide high-quality interpretation services in the required languages (Nepali, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu, French, Turkish, Burmese, German, Italian).
2. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and the native language, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
3. Availability for Shifts: Commit to working night shifts and a 24/7 rotational schedule, including 5 days of work followed by 2 days off.
4. Video Call Proficiency: Participate in video calls via conference platforms, maintaining professionalism and effective communication.
5. Performance-Based Salary: Understand that salary will be determined based on interview performance and previous salary, with potential earnings of up to 39,000 for regional languages and 60,000 for foreign languages.
6. Certification Requirement: For French language roles, possess a B2 certification as a prerequisite.
