We are currently seeking a creative and talented 'Associate UI/UX Designer' to join our dynamic team at WorkZoom. As an integral member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
2. Use tools such as Jamovi, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and enhancements.
3. Implement best practices in UI and UX design to ensure consistency and usability across all aspects of the platform.
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
5. Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to the design.
6. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
7. Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and seamless user experience throughout the platform.

Annual CTC: $ 3,400 - 5,100 /year
