Key Responsibilities:
1. Working on online & physical sales of equity, derivatives & other financial products & services.
2. Complying with SEBI guidelines.
3. Hiring team under and rendering training & getting business done.
4. Working on team building, training, meeting customers (if required), maintaining records, etc.
5. Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients.
6. Understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
7. Building a strong network of contacts and referrals to expand the client base.
8. Collaborating with the research team to stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities.
9. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns in a timely manner.
10. Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success.
