1. Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment in Apollo Oncology and International's clinician recruitment activities
2. Achieve a 100% recruitment rate from direct sourcing channels, including social media, career portals, job boards, clinician mapping, and internal references
3. Ensure completion of Interview Evaluation Forms by the Interviewing Panel after each candidate interview
4. Validate Resource Requisition Forms with Unit Head signatures during open position discussions
5. Track the transition from the Requisition Date to Date of Issuing the Letter of Intent (LOI) to close open positions
6. Maintain a 30 day Turnaround Time (TAT) for Clinicians Hiring (Consultant & Above)
7. Ensure 100% documentation of Interview Evaluation Reports (IER) and Hiring Status documentation for the Hiring Manager, Clinical Panel, and HOD
8. Consistently update the Recruitment Tracker on a daily basis
9. Provide timely communication to the Unit Head and Unit DMS, including providing joining details and coordinating ACC website details
10. Provide updates on interview stages and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
11. Map the industry, competitors, and potential talent for effective talent acquisition
