Receptionist Cum Hr Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
2 Answering phone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
3. Managing the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.
4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
5. Coordinating appointments and meetings for HR staff.
6. Assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
7. Handling basic HR inquiries from employees and directing them to the appropriate person for assistance.
8. Assisting with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
9. Maintaining employee records and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
10. Supporting HR staff with various projects and initiatives as needed.
