1. Pitching and locking colleges for Tribevibe
2. Developing the business for Tribevibe across colleges
3. Taking care of the on-ground execution of the events
4. Working closely with the business team to understand and convert event objectives
5. Coordinating with the artist, production vendors, logistic team, and college teams
6. Traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events
7. Working on vendor identification and selection
8. Working on cost and budget management with different teams - licensing, talent management, F&B, operations, sales, volunteer, security, production, ticketing, show running, etc.
Requirements:
1. Have 2+ years of experience in planning, and managing events
2. Excellent planning, execution, organizational and time management skills
3. Negotiation skills
4. Good communication skills (English and Hindi)
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
6. MS Office
