Project Assistant – Coordination & Execution Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Project coordination & execution:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage deliverables.
- Follow up on tasks, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring alignment with project goals.

2. Stakeholder & vendor management:
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions with external partners as required.
- Ensure vendor contracts, agreements, and payments are aligned with project timelines.

3. Research & documentation:
- Conduct research to support project requirements, gathering relevant data and insights.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and action plans.
- Prepare presentations and technical reports to share project progress with stakeholders.

4. Performance monitoring & KPI management:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and outcomes.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, providing timely updates and solutions to management.
- Ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline.
