2. 3-5 years of experience in product onboarding, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
3. Proven experience delivering product demos and guiding customers through complex product setups.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
5. Expertise in creating educational content, particularly video demonstrations, to support product adoption and customer success.
6. Experience working with CRM systems, customer support tools, and video editing software is highly desirable.
7. Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and contribute to improving customer retention.
8. Self-motivated and organized, with a proactive approach to solving customer challenges.
