Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of internal processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy
2. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline workflows and resolve any issues that may arise
3. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Word to create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures
4. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
5. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
6. Assist in training new employees on company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
