Job Title: Print and Packaging Expert
Location: Aundh, Pune
Salary: Upto 25,000 + Transportation Allowances

Key Responsibilities:

A. Print Material Management:
1. Collaborate with internal teams to understand print material requirements for various projects.
2. Source and evaluate printing vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
3. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality print materials while adhering to project deadlines and budget constraints.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of print materials to prevent shortages or excess.

B. Packaging Design and Development:
1. Lead the design and development of innovative packaging solutions that align with brand identity and product requirements.
2. Work closely with design teams to create packaging prototypes and samples for review and approval.
3. Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of packaging materials to ensure durability, functionality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Optimize packaging designs for cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.

C.Production Oversight:
1. Coordinate with production facilities to implement print and packaging processes efficiently.
2. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
3. Monitor production schedules and workflows to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
4. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of print and packaging operations.

D. Compliance and Sustainability:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to print and packaging.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as safety standards, labeling requirements, and environmental regulations.
3. Champion sustainability efforts by recommending eco-friendly materials and processes and minimizing waste generation.
