1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. MBA in marketing or a related field (preferred).
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with exposure to D2C, fashion brands, and e-commerce.
3. Familiarity with Google ads, Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.
4. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
5. Experience in working with ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing campaigns.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple campaigns with a focus on accuracy and optimization.
