5. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system
6. Achieving weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions
7. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and strategies for increased lead generation and sales
