Manager Learning And Development Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and take ownership of end-to-end learning needs for various business functions in NoBroker
2. Create content and training modules for all new joiners and existing employees for both classroom-based and virtual delivery methodologies
3. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all functions and develop weekly/monthly training plans and an annual training calendar for all process trainers
4. Deliver in-depth product, process, and soft-skills training to employees across all functional areas
5. Provide sales training to ensure optimal brand representation to the organization's clients
6. Review the ROI of training initiatives to identify gaps and areas for improvement
7. Utilize a data-driven approach to understand performance issues, incorporating feedback from top management, and address them through training, coaching, and developmental processes
8. Continuously review and audit training content to promote experiential learning, e-learning, and self-directed learning across departments
9. Provide Leadership/People Management training to mid-level leadership
10. Upskill current employees continuously, aligning with new industry innovations, trends, and concepts

Requirements:

1. Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred)
2. Must have 2 years of direct sales experience and at least 1 year of training experience
3. Overall experience of a minimum of 3 years
