About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage logistics, stock, transportation, and customer service operations.
2. Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
3. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
4. Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency.
5. Organize stock, catalogue goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
6. Resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
7. Supervise, coach, and train logistics officers.
8. Execute with a focus on cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness to meet targets.
9. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Other requirements

Educational Qualification: Any U.G/P.G in Business Administration, Commerce

1. Proven experience working as a Logistics Manager.

2. A track record of successful distribution and logistics management.

3. Demonstrable ability to synchronize with department heads, lead, and manage staff.

4. Proficient in standard logistics software.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

7. Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English.

8. Respond to emails and messages with the same promptness as phone calls.

9. Awareness of organizational ethics and adherence to its structure.

10. Excellent time management skills and a self-driven work ethic.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
