About the job

We are seeking a dynamic knowledge analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in research and content creation, content publishing, supporting business development activities, and social media and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and content creation:

a. Research: Conduct thorough research on individuals, potential clients, organizations, and projects to gather relevant insights and build communication strategies.
b. Content creation: Develop clear, engaging, and relevant content tailored to the target audience. This includes writing blogs, articles, social media posts, or other materials that align with the organization's message and objectives.
Monitoring and impact analysis of these activities.

2. Content publishing:

a. Upload and publish content across various learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS). Ensure the content is properly formatted, optimized, and aligned.

3. Supporting business development activities:

a. Research for business development: Conduct in-depth research on potential business opportunities, networking events, industry connections, award opportunities, and funding sources.
b. Opportunities & proposals: Identify and pursue Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assist in creating proposals, and actively participate in the bidding process under guidance.
c. Relationship Building: Manage cold calls and develop relationships with potential clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.

4. Social media & content marketing:

a. Lead generation & engagement: Identify leads to expand the network and engage with relevant stakeholders.
b. Content creation: Assist the team with writing blogs and creating content for social media platforms like LinkedIn.
c. Campaign ideas: Brainstorm and propose ideas for social media campaigns to increase engagement.
d. Scheduling & growth: Manage posting schedules and support efforts to grow the organization's online presence.
