Junior Software Developer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct company workshops for interview preparation and training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA)
2. Organize mock interview sessions, preparatory sessions, and peer-to-peer mock interviews to enhance technical skills and interview preparedness
3. Facilitate question and answer sessions during preparatory sessions, providing guidance and feedback to participants on their performance
4. Coordinate miscellaneous events such as Hackathons, where participants evaluate code, assess functionalities, and provide constructive feedback
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the learner
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development and technical support

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in Java programming language
2. Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
3. Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
4. Strong understanding of Database tools like SQL and MongoDB
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6. 1-3 years of relevant experience in software development or technical support
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
9. Strong problem-solving skills, documentation, and attention to detail
10. Prior experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or mock interviews is a plus

Work Timings: 8 Hours/Day; Monday to Friday
