- Strong understanding of the brand and target audience
- Should have a deep understanding of streetwear culture, fashion trends, and the brands unique identity
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Should be well-versed in various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Should know how to effectively use these platforms to engage with the brands followers, create compelling content, and drive brand awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should have a strong command of written English or the language relevant to the brands target market
- Should possess creative skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, or Google Analytics is essential
- Should be skilled in responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a friendly manner
- Trend awareness and adaptability
- Should be up-to-date with the latest fashion, pop culture, and social media trends
- A strong candidate should be skilled in storytelling through social media.
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the fashion or streetwear industry, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of streetwear and counterculture
- In tune with the relevant social media algorithms
