1. Handle Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
2. Monitor and strategize the company s social media and online presence. Recommend techniques to improve the company s public image.
3. Collaborate, onboard, and coordinate with Artists and Affiliates.
4. Write content for both print and Web including the company website, blog, brochures, and any other creatives.
5. Make sure that all promotional and marketing materials meet the company s brand identity strategy.
6. Run ads as and when necessary.
7. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
8. Work on interdepartmental coordination & communication on social media handles
9. Keep an eye on social media trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in, mass communications/english/public relations, or journalism.
2. A minimum of 1-year experience working as a social media executive or similar roles.
3. Possess a solid understanding of social media strategies and effective marketing techniques.
4. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
5. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
6. Good with MS Office and Google Workspace apps.
7. Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Office Timing: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM) Saturday (10:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
