3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting social media analytics and metrics.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
8. Experience with CRM software and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
