2. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from different job portals/ social media networking like Naukri, Linked In, Monster, etc.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers and candidates.
4. Updating the daily status in ATS
5. Conduct background verification/reference checks of the candidates
6. Conducting campus drives/attending job fairs
7. Must be a good team player
8. Must have good communication and analytical skills
