Key responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality immersive projects on time and within budget. Ensure projects align with company objectives and client needs
2. Strategy and Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation
3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication and manage expectations
4. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements. Implement continuous improvement processes for project execution
5. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness
6. Team Development: Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

8. A minimum of 1 year of product management experience in the educational technology sector, working with international clients
