About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new customer acquisitions and achieve set sales targets.
2. Understand clients' challenges and align them with the StoreHippo platform's solutions.
3. Foster a mutual understanding with clients regarding their immediate concerns and collaboratively identify priority issues to address.
4. Present our platform to diverse stakeholders, utilizing in-depth knowledge to address a variety of inquiries.
5. Develop proposals based on formal RFPs or insights gathered during meetings.
6. Identify and engage key stakeholders within prospect accounts to build trust and mitigate objections.
7. Leverage industry, product, and competitor insights to negotiate effectively, either independently or alongside functional leaders, to close deals.

Key Skills:

1. Highly self-motivated and energetic, bringing a positive attitude.
2. Experience in business application/solution sales within the enterprise IT sector.
3. Strong communication and analytical skills.
4. Proficient in pipeline planning to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
5. Proven track record of selling contracts valued at 25 lakhs INR (or more) annually.
6. In-depth understanding of the eCommerce platform industry and its competitive landscape.
7. Eagerness to learn about new products, trends, and technologies.
8. A solution-oriented and consultative approach rather than a pushy sales style.
9. Comfort in delivering online demos and creating presentations, with occasional visits to clients for demonstrations.
10. A true team player, dedicated to growing alongside the company and the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in B.Tech or BCA.
