Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future openings.
3. Review technical resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key technical requirements and assess candidate fit.
6. Organize and manage the technical interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and communicating with candidates.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
8. Assist with job offer preparation and negotiation.
9. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
