IT Administrator/IT Support Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

I. Vtiger CRM integration & management:
- Configure, integrate, and maintain the Vtiger CRM system for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CRM workflows, integrations, and data sync.
- Provide user training and support on CRM usage and new features.

II. Microsoft Teams access & integrations:
- Manage access permissions for Microsoft Teams, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
- Integrate third-party apps and services within Teams to enhance team collaboration.
- Resolve technical issues related to Teams and its integrations with other systems.

III. Laptop and IT asset management:
- Handle the setup, configuration, and distribution of laptops and other devices for employees.
- Ensure all devices are secure, updated, and functioning properly.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.

IV. General IT Support:
- Manage company-wide IT infrastructure, including network systems and software licenses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by employees.
- Collaborate with external vendors for IT services and support when necessary.
