1. Demonstrate knowledge of online booking for domestic courier services such as Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery

2. Calculate chargeable weight accurately for shipments by air and by surface

3. Apply packing knowledge for different shipment types, including normal cargo, dangerous cargo, and high-value shipments

4. Arrange insurance coverage for shipments as needed

5. Interact with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels

6. Maintain a good speed in MS Word and Excel, and efficiently record and organize data

7. Keep shipment records in both digital and hard copy formats

8. Track shipments online and provide timely updates to customers

9. Negotiate rates effectively with vendors and service providers

10. Issue e-way bills as required for shipments

11. Understand transport options, vehicle sizes, and weight capacities

12. Manage customer inquiries and interactions on IndiaMART and other online platforms
