We are seeking a detail-oriented 'Implementation Manager' to oversee the deployment and training of our healthcare software solutions at client sites. This role involves managing the entire software implementation process, from onboarding to system launch, while working closely with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to ensure seamless transitions and provide excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for healthcare software, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
2. Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the software according to their needs, and ensure all stakeholders are well-prepared for the transition.
3. Software Installation and Configuration: Oversee the installation, setup, and customization of healthcare software for new clients.
4. User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and IT teams, to ensure they are proficient in using the system.
5. Client Support: Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and offer ongoing assistance as needed.
6. Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed project documentation, including client interactions, software configurations, training materials, and progress reports.
7. Feedback and Improvements: Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to suggest improvements and updates to the software.
8. Travel: Visit client sites for implementation and training. (Travel is required based on project needs.)
