Human Resources Operations Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1) Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and updated documentation.

2) Payroll Processing
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for blue-collar employees, including calculation of wages, deductions, and overtime.

3) Data Analysis
Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) to analyze payroll data and generate reports for management.

4) Payslip Management
Prepare and distribute payslips accurately and on time, addressing any employee inquiries related to payroll discrepancies.

5) HR Systems Management
Utilize HRIS and related tools for efficient data management and reporting.

6) Collaboration
Work closely with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll and compliance reporting.
