Human Resources (HR) Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR system implementation & management: HR system setup.
2. sop development & documentation: Standard operating procedure creation.

3. Employee training & change management:

a. Training:
1. Develop and conduct training sessions for HR staff and other stakeholders on the use of HR systems and adherence to new SOPs.
2. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the organization is fully utilizing the HR systems.

b. Change management:
a. Lead change management initiatives related to new HR processes and systems.
b. Communicate changes effectively to ensure smooth transitions within the company.

4. Compliance and legal alignment:
a. Ensure all HR systems and processes adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
b. Conduct regular compliance audits and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.

5. Reporting and data analysis:
a. Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, performance data , KPI ,KRA) from the HR system for senior management.
b. Analyze system data to recommend process improvements and HR initiatives.


Key performance indicators (KPIs):

1. Successful implementation of HR systems within defined timeframes.
2. Number of process improvements or optimizations implemented.
3. Compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.
4. Employee satisfaction with HR systems and processes.
