Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
3. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
4. Handle employee queries, grievances, and performance evaluations
5. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and reports
6. Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars
7. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD
8. Organize and coordinate office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of daily activities
9. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating with relevant departments for prompt resolution
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
11. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
12. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere
13. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
