Key responsibilities:
1. Handling employee relations by facilitating communication between employees and management, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
2. Developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
3. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Utilizing MS Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for management review.
6. Supporting various HR initiatives and projects to drive organizational growth and success.
7. Managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
