4. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
5. Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees and managers
7. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
