1. HR Policy and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with changing laws and organizational needs. Communicate and educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and programs.
2. HR Data Management:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Prepare HR reports and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics. Generate data driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
3. Documentation and Audit:- Ensure and maintain various documentation: Employee documents, PF & ESI.
4. HR Projects and Initiatives:- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy revisions, and organizational development efforts. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
5. Employee Engagement:- Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and social events. Develop programs for increasing employee engagement.
6. Recruitment and Onboarding:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
7. Employee Relations:- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures. Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner. Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

We are a startup with a vision to prepare a 'Kitchen for Tomorrow' as we believe it is equally important what we keep our food/what we cook our food in for our well-being compared to what we have in our meals. 'Healthy Individual means Health Nation Safe Environment.' Why do we exist? Consumers' cooking and dining habits have changed over time but not the products that they have used. We believe truly modern problems require modern solutions. What did we do about the above problem? Case study 1: Every home uses cooking oil/ghee which is kept the majority time in a small plastic container which is hazardous to health as cooking oil is used multiple times.
How are we reaching consumers? We are recreating the kitchenware experiences of consumers through e-commerce through marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., and our own website. Going forward we want to focus on video commerce and omni-retail.
