About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, shortlist, and take initial interviews of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala.
2. Coordinate interviews and assist in the onboarding process.
3. Support HR with employee records and compliance.
4. Help with employee engagement activities and HR policies.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
7. Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
