Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Send mailers and reminders for upcoming events
2. Attend training sessions and events as required
3. Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings
4. Record and circulate minutes of meetings
5. Ensure meetings follow the agenda
6. Provide concept clarity and ensure implementation at the client's end
7. Communicate continuously with clients and engage them
8. Manage the online platform for client engagement
9. Maintain all financial and event records for clients
10. Conduct primary or secondary research as needed
11. Create relevant PowerPoint presentations
12. Write articles to support training materials

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Marathi
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
4. Strong research skills, including primary and secondary research
5. Experience in event management and logistics coordination
6. Client relationship management skills
7. Empathy and application orientation
8. Ability to listen actively and provide guidance effectively
