1. Creation of tailor made documents, policies, process: Independently create various HR documents as per the project brief. In this area the incumbent will also get trained & mentored for creating templates for a range of hr documents from letters, to policies to checklists, forms, etc.
2. Execute the day-to-day project deliverables as per agreed monthly plan. This involves a range of hr areas like employee lifecycle management, employee experience management, talent management, employee engagement, employee connect, training need identification, etc.
3. Update and manage the project tracker on a daily basis; be hands on with regards to project status and changes assigned from time to time.
4. Client SPOC engagement: Interact client spoc about ongoing project, solve queries pertaining to submission of documents etc.
5. Other tasks: Creation of MIS, dashboard, project reports in excel; maintain weekly status update on project & assist in creation of final project report
6. Monthly HR audits: Conduct regular HR audits to ensure that the project is on track with regards to compliance, timelines, documentation etc.
