This role involves streamlining HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving employee development initiatives.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on operations and development. Prior experience in a managerial role is highly desirable
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
4. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
5. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
