Key responsibilities:

1. Provide visionary leadership for the HR department, creating and implementing HR strategies aligned with CricTracker's business goals
2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and best practices
3. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to meet the organization's staffing needs
4. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a healthy work environment
5. Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with labor laws
6. Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans
7. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures by legal requirements and industry best practices
8. Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations
9. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
