Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for international clients
2. Ensure all designs align with the client's branding guidelines and overall vision while considering the tastes and trends of diverse international markets
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with speed and attention to detail to meet tight deadlines
4. Stay updated on design trends and techniques, ensuring our design work is cutting-edge and competitive
5. Work closely with the marketing team and clients to deliver cohesive brand experiences across all platforms
6. Collaborate on graphic and design projects as needed, contributing to overall project goals and deliverables
7. Maintain project documentation, including style guides and design specifications, ensuring consistency across all deliverables

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
2. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles
3. Experience designing for both print and digital media, including web and social media platforms
4. Ability to understand and integrate brand strategy into visual design
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to take feedback from clients and colleagues and refine designs accordingly
6. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines
7. Ability to adapt designs for various international markets while understanding cultural nuances and preferences
