Graphic Designer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and create compelling visuals that enhance our brand and communicate our message effectively.
3. Maintain and enhance the consistency of our brand identity across all platforms and materials.
4. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
5. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and innovative.
6. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
7. Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs are visually appealing and error-free.
8. Manage and organize design assets and files for easy access and use by the team.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
3. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
5. Excellent understanding of digital and print design requirements and best practices.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
7. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
8. Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
9. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
10. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
11. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
