1. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that align with business goals
2. Create Real Estate deliverables like illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogs & booklets, banners, posters, and billboards
3. Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, accurately express ideas, and represent the company
4. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and deadlines
5. Design and manage in-house magazines and newspaper ads
6. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, including backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboards, posters, and other graphics
7. Edit videos and create brand videos and corporate presentations
8. Work with a variety of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce expressive graphics, ensuring high-quality designs for the company
10. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and audience needs
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related discipline
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
3. Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
4. Excellent communication skills
