About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of both front-end and back-end systems for Hault's logistics platform.
2. Design and implement scalable and secure architecture that can handle large datasets and high traffic.
3. Collaborate with the founding team to turn business ideas and concepts into tangible digital solutions.
4. Build APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance platform functionality.
5. Develop and maintain secure user authentication systems, focusing on safety and user data protection.
6. Manage the software development lifecycle from planning, development, testing, and release.
7. Hire, mentor, and manage junior developers as the team grows.
8. Continuously optimize code, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
9. Oversee the DevOps processes to ensure efficient deployment and scaling in production environments.
10. Ensure cross-platform compatibility, responsiveness, and seamless performance across web and mobile platforms.

11. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.

12. Familiarity with real-time GPS tracking or similar systems.

13. Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment.
