About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer callouts (minimum 100 calls per day)
2. Appointment scheduling/re-confirmation & drive consumptions
3. Drive productivity of KTs and doctors (skin and hair scriptions)
4. Rostering of team schedules
5. Interfaces with clients at the front end of the clinic
6. Meet clients to explain services, take customer calls
7. Handle billing at the front desk
8. Handle & reconcile sales cash & petty cash
9. Maintain clinic-specific reports
10. Drive systems, process orientation through SOP adherence
11. Tracking pipeline register
12. Customer closure in case CM is unavailable
13. Responsible to process audit score and mystery audit score
14. Optimum utilization of digitalization
15. Responsible for complying with the Kaya code of conduct and promoting compliance culture per Kaya values and policies.
16. Responsible for reporting misconducts and incidents of violation of the Kaya code of conduct (COC)/ SOP at the clinic level; report the incident immediately within the first two hours of the incident, as per set procedure by providing details in the first information report so that preventative action can be taken to minimize risks and impact on business
17. Additional responsibilities assigned/communicated by management based on the nature of the Job Role from time to time
