UI UX Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
2. Designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications
3. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
4. Conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions
5. Assisting with the development of style guides, design systems, and other design-related documentation
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
7. Working closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Desired attributes include:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Design (B. Des.)
2. A strong portfolio of design work demonstrating a range of design styles and techniques
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
4. Understanding of design principles and user-centered design processes
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
