As a telecaller at our company, you will play a crucial role in increasing our sales and revenue by engaging potential customers through phone calls. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services will be paramount in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
2. Explaining product features, benefits, and discounts to prospective customers
3. Handling customer inquiries and providing relevant information
4. Following up on leads and conducting lead qualification
5. Maintaining a database of call details and customer information
6. Addressing customer concerns effectively and resolving complaints
7. Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
8. Updating customer records in the database
9. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
10. Adhering to call scripts and maintaining a professional attitude at all times
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Noida and neighboring cities
Required qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong verbal communication skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
5. Basic computer proficiency
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome objections
8. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
9. Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies
11. Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
12. Ability to work well in a team environment
13. Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
14. Good understanding of sales techniques and methods
15. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
